These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and users of umailladiessalon.com and all services provided by Umail Ladies Salon.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked online, via WhatsApp, phone, or in person.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure your service starts on time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment or deposit may be required before or at the time of service.
  • Payments can be made using approved payment methods available at the salon or online.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly request cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Refund Policy

  • Services once started or completed are non-refundable.
  • If you are not satisfied, please inform our staff immediately so we can address your concerns.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are handled at management discretion.

Health & Medical Conditions

  • Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or injuries before treatment.
  • Umail Ladies Salon is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

Personal Belongings

  • Please keep your personal belongings secure.
  • Umail Ladies Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards, packages, and promotional offers are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
  • Early Bird offers and promotions are subject to specific time slots and availability.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

Client Conduct

  • Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is required at all times.
  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
